A L I G N | Yoga was founded in 2022 to connect with those seeking a more personalized Yoga experience.

I offer both one-one and couples’ healing Yoga sessions, incorporating acupressure and sound healing techniques. I also work with individuals and organizations to create plant-based menu programs that support the spirit of ecological wellbeing.

Since 2012, I have been living a plant-based lifestyle. I am exceptionally passionate about the physical benefits of this way of eating, but mainly practice Veganism to advocate for animal welfare and support a more sustainable planet. I also believe a plant-forward way of life to be the most optimal for supporting human health and longevity.
