Inspired by the wisdom of Eastern Medicine, I practice and teach Meridian Yoga. My expertise is in designing supportive healing programs that transform the body and nourish a mind-microbiome connection.
A L I G N | Yoga was founded in 2022 to connect with those seeking a more personalized Yoga experience.
I offer both one-one and couples’ healing Yoga sessions, incorporating acupressure and sound healing techniques. I also work with individuals and organizations to create plant-based menu programs that support the spirit of ecological wellbeing.
Since 2012, I have been living a plant-based lifestyle. I am exceptionally passionate about the physical benefits of this way of eating, but mainly practice Veganism for animal welfare and sustainability reasons. I believe a plant-forward way of life to be the most optimal for supporting human health and longevity.
