Acupressure, Cupping, Moxa, Gua sha

Moxa - short for moxibustion- is a warming technique developed to warm Qi and nurture the fluid movement of our body’s essence - life force. It is commonly used to support weakness and foster renewed vitality. The heat draws circulation and can warm and dissipate areas of stagnation.

We can work with Moxa to address the sensation of cold/tingling in our extremities. Moxa is also very supportive in cases of weakened Spleen and Stomach Qi- its gentle warmth supports our digestive fire - Agni.

Cupping provides immediate relief of pain by encouraging blood flow to an area of tightness in the body. Any marks that appear after a session will gradually dissipate within 3-5 days after treatment.

A healer
does not heal you.
A healer is someone who makes space for you
so that you may heal yourself.
